The Signature Loan Program is offered through Rinnai Corporation and Rinnai Installers as financing for its products.  Financing is provided by  FMSI Consumer Credit Corporation ("FMSI-CCC"), an Ohio Corporation.

LOAN DISCLOSURES

Loan Proceeds:  The loan proceeds will be paid by FMSI-CCC to the Rinnai Installer ("Installer") upon completion of the installation of Rinnai products for your residence and signature by  you of a Certificate of Completion.

Annual Percentage Rate:  The APR may vary from month to month and will be equal to the greater of the Prime Rate (as published on or nearest to the 15th of each month in The Wall Street Journal) plus 12% or 15.99%, except as otherwise provided by applicable law, and is effective from the date of purchase.  The APR will increase to the Default APR  of 26.99%if the minimum payment due is received late twice in a twelve-month period.

Repayment Period:  Repayment of the Signature Loan shall be made in equal monthly installments of principal plus interest and any applicable fees over 36 consecutive months from the date of purchase.

Grace Period for Repayment:  NONE

Method of computing Balance:  Average Daily

Prepayment Penalty:  NONE

Annual Fees:  NONE

Late Fee:  $39.00

This offer is only valid for new loans.  You must be at least 18 years of age.  If you are married, or someone else owns an interest in your residence, that person must join in the Application.

The application must be submitted to FMSI-CCC with a copy of the invoice/contract with Installer before it will be considered for approval.

FMSI-CCC is an independent finance company, and is not part of, related to or in any way affiliated with Rinnai Corporation or any Rinnai Installer.  The Applicant acknowledges and agrees that FMSI-CCC will not provide and is not responsible for any product, equipment system or service provided or performed by Rinnai Coproation or any Rinnai Installer, or any of their affiliated companies.  The Applicant waives all claims, actions and lawsuits against FMSI-CCC arising from or in any way connected with the delivery, installation, operation, maintenance and repair of any products, equipment or system purchased with the Signature Loan, including but not limited to any claim, action or lawsuit which may arise from any warranty or defect in workmanship.

Federal law requires us to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a loan, in order to help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities.  To process the application, we must have your name, street address, date of birth and other identifying information, and we may ask for identifying documents from you as well.

We may gather information about you, including from your employer, your bank, credit bureaus, and others, to verify your identity and determine your eligibility for credit, renewal of credit, and future extensions of credit.  If you ask us, we will tell you whether or not we requested a credit bureau report, and the names and addresses of any credit bureaus that provided us with such reports.
